Who runs this site

This site is run by Tyler Matthews, an independent insurance agent licensed in Ohio (license #1759047, NPN 22278565). I am not an insurance company. I work with several insurance companies and can only offer products from companies I am appointed with.

Information only, not an offer

Information on this site is general and is not an offer of insurance or a guarantee of coverage. Any prices mentioned are examples only. Your actual price depends on your age, health, coverage amount, and the insurance company.

Coverage terms

All coverage is subject to the insurance company's underwriting, approval, and the terms of the policy issued. Some plans have a waiting period before the full death benefit is paid. The policy itself, not this website, controls your coverage. Please read your policy when you receive it.

Ohio only

I am currently licensed to sell insurance in Ohio only. Products and features vary by company and may not be available in all situations.

Not a government program

This site and its products are not connected with or endorsed by the U.S. government, the State of Ohio, Social Security, or Medicare.

Calls and texts

If you give consent on the quote form, you agree that I may call and text you about final expense insurance as described in the Privacy Policy. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or asking me to stop.

Accuracy of information you provide

You agree to give true and complete answers when requesting a quote or applying. Incorrect answers on an application can lead an insurance company to deny a claim or cancel a policy.

Limits of liability

This site is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, I am not responsible for errors on the site, interruptions, or losses from relying on general information here instead of the terms of your actual policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.

I may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed.
